Tell us about your sports & fitness background: Regular gym and fitness. Enjoy working out.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Watching the girls compete in the CrossFit games; it was a spectacle.
Take us back to your first day of CrossFit at Anaerobic … How did you feel? Excited and then wanted to puke ; )
How do you compare it to workouts today? Love the workouts, coaches and the crew. Workouts are great, and just as intense today as when I started.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF (before/after)? I feel stronger overall and it has come in handy when I need to throw down a little muscle on my kiddos.
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected? Finding Jesus. I pray to get through the workouts!

Any advice for people just getting started? Jump in, keep coming back and have fun!
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit? My kiddos, motorcycles, travel and I’m extremely untalented.
