We are South Orange County’s premier Fitness Facility. We offer some of the largest, nicest and well stocked facilities and deliver intelligent and cutting edge programming from the County’s Best and Brightest Coaches.

WE are a community: a family of health conscious, fitness oriented, family values folk that love to play hard, work out hard and “Live Life to the Fittest!”

Our story goes like this: The original genesis of CrossFit Anaerobic was a collective effort of then and still present Owner/Founder Mark Wolf and previous partner / CrossFit Endurance Pioneer Brian MacKenzie. Mark had personally trained for general fitness and triathlon under Brian’s expertise for years and was introduced to CrossFit under Brian’s coaching in 2006. Mark was immediately hooked on the changes and saw immediate benefits to not only his athletic interests, but also and perhaps more importantly his personal and professional life. Around April of 2009, seeing the benefits in the lifestyle it brought, Mark set out to bring “it” to their friends, family and community.

November 2009, AnaerobicInc opened its doors in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. With an exceptional staff of great trainers that are committed to excellence and good business practice, word of mouth spread and as of January 1, 2013, the Anaerobic “Family” is over 400 enthusiastic CrossFitters and growing with the Best Staff the OC has to offer!

The growth of Ai and couple years of operations brought about some changes and new expansion plans which serves crossfitters in Irvine and Newport Beach.

The single most important things for us is getting folks in shape and feeling great. We push a healthy lifestyle and take a personal interest in everything we do. Mark, Dane and the rest of the team work hard to maintain the small community feel from the early days despite the company’s growth trajectory.

Our gym is a tight-knit community of members who are all about getting fit and feeling great. CrossFit is the primary inspiration for how we structure our training. Simply put, programming is based on doing functional movements (things we as humans were built to do) that are constantly varied (something different every day) and at high intensity (we make you sweat!).

Classes are taught in a group setting and last less than an hour. They consist of a warm-up, stretching, some skill work and the WOD (Workout Of the Day). Above all, people get obsessed with CrossFit because it’s efficient, effective and gets you in the best shape of your life! It also provides an exceptional communal feel that actually becomes an extension of one’s family. People that CrossFit; LOVE IT!
