Following your introductory session, we hope to have a solid understanding of where you’re coming from and what you’re trying to accomplish. You, on the other hand, will probably be a little sore (a good thing!).
OnRamp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active LIFE. As such, it is important for you to attend the requisite OnRamps before attending the normal class. The amount of time spent in OnRamp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements. Some stay in OnRamp longer than others, and it’s nothing to worry about. We pride ourselves in the wide range of fitness levels we can accommodate. Most athletes complete OnRamp in 3-6 sessions.
At Ai, we do OnRamp on your schedule. You make an appointment, and your sessions are in a 1-on-1 setting or at most, 3-to-1. This ensures maximum hands-on learning and instruction under the watchful eye of one of our talented coaches.
Once we feel like you have the basic knowledge and mechanics necessary to excel in our normal CrossFit classes, you will ‘graduate’ OnRamp and have full access to the CrossFit Anaerobic Class Schedule. We encourage all of our clients to be patient and take their time to build a good foundation through OnRamp as it is crucial to our program and your future success.
